For those who may want to use this area as a game room or something different, the platforms for the elevated seating can be removed and there is carpet underneath.

Our neighborhood is filled with great people and beautiful homes and has pretty Baer Creek running throughout. The site of the 1997 and 2005 Davis County Parade of Homes, it is close to bike paths, parks and only minutes from Farmington Light Rail Station and I-15, US-89 and Legacy Access.


Our home is a short walk from Endeavour Elementary School. We are also within the boundaries of beautiful new Centennial Junior High School and prestigious Davis High School.
